Job Requirements:
This position reports to the project manager and requires a minimum of 20 years construction experience in commercial projects. Candidate must also have:
- Substantial exposure with project safety management, scheduling and building systems and materials is absolutely required.
- Experience in constructability and quality control document reviews.
- OSHA certification
- Personal skills in interaction with architects, users and school authorities.
- Proven team leadership.
The Following specific building types systems and skills are highly desirable:
- MP2 + E
- Curtain Wall
- Cast-in-place concrete
- Steel frame
- High rise
- Higher education
- Hospitality
- Healthcare
- Justice
