Chanen served as general contractor and construction manager on this three-story, luxury resort hotel and convention center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The facility consists of 187-rooms, 13,000 sq. ft. of meeting rooms, a 4,600-sq.-ft. ballroom, banquet room and restaurant, and stand-alone casitas.
