Chanen was the construction manager from the early conception to completion of this $96 million, hotel and casino complex, North Las Vegas, Nevada, working with Manuel Corrao as design builder.
This facility includes a six-story, 200-room hotel and approximately 140,000 sq. ft. of public and support areas.
Built on a 50-acre site, the project features a Texas theme with 1,500 slot machines, 30 table games, keno lounge, race and sports book area, poker lounge, six restaurants, a 12-screen movie theater, a food court, travel agency and arcade.
This fast-track project was designed and constructed in 14 months.
