SHERATON AT ST. JOHN'S PLACE

Chanen developed, built and owned this five-story, 350-room convention resort hotel.

The facility includes 17,139 sq. ft. of meeting rooms, a 10,180 sq. ft. ballroom, four restaurants and 20,000 sq. ft of retail space. Located within the St Johns Place wharfside resort area, the hotel features modular meeting rooms which can form 13 different configurations ranging from 10,180 sq. ft. down to 393 sq. ft.

The elegant ballroom with its optional exterior entrance was designed to accommodate large social affairs or business conferences.
