Chanen provided construction management/ general contracting services for a second temporary casino for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC).
This larger version is located approximately six miles north of the first. Like the first temporary facility, it is constructed of a PVC skin stretched over an aluminum frame that is anchored to a concrete foundation. Cultural motifs have been applied to the fabric and a steel on concrete column porte cochere fronts the structure.
This huge temporary structure houses 332 slot machines, 42 poker/table games, beverage, deli-style and full-menu table service and a lounge/ plus various support functions including cash processing.
