In the 55 years Chanen Construction Company has been in business, we
have seen a lot of changes. For one thing, we've grown from a small
enterprise that started in 1955 on a borrowed $1000, and today we are
ranked among the top construction com- panies in the country.
We have seen the Southwest and cities around the country in which we build grow and
change as well. And we're proud to have played a part, building
structures that have shaped the skylines from Arizona to Florida,
Alaska to Oklahoma, San Francisco to North Carolina.
But there are some things that haven't changed over the course of the
past half-century: our uncompromising commitment to excellence, our
total dedication to professionalism, and our strict attention to detail
in all aspects of our work.
The principles that formed our foundation over five decades ago are the
same ones we'll continue to build on as we move into our next 50 years.
We look back with pride at all that we've accomplished. But even more,
we look forward to the opportunities that are ahead. Serving our
clients, our industry and our communities every day, in everything we
