STERIS LABORATORIES

Chanen was the CM at Risk for an 82,000-sq.-ft. pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with 47,000 sq. ft. of office and laboratory space.

The $14.2 million facility includes 15,000 sq. ft of wet laboratories, 5,000 sq. ft of Class 1000 clean rooms, 3,400 sq. ft of Class 100 clean rooms, product packaging and warehouse, and administrative offices.
