Sierra Health Services selected Chanen to provide construction management services for its fifth project, the Eastern Avenue Clinic, Las Vegas, Nevada. This is Chanen's fourth project for SHS and third with design-builder Marshall Erdman and Associates.
The 60,000-sq.-ft. two-story satellite medical clinic also includes a 7,500-sq.-ft. urgent care facility. The decision to add the urgent care facility came when the design of the $7 million, structural steel clinic was almost 90 percent complete.
