Chanen was the construction manager for the second phase of Sierra Health Services' corporate headquarters that has been designed to almost "mirror" Phase I.
The project consists of a six-story, 210,000-sq.-ft. structural steel building with a five-level, 725-space parking structure. Apart from office space, there are two large-screen, multi-media auditoriums; a 200-seat facility and an 80-seat facility.
The $32 million project also includes the relocation of an existing cafeteria with a capacity to seat 500, and a hair salon. A campus-wide security upgrade was completed as part of the project.
This is the fifth project Chanen has provided services for SHS.
