Chanen provided construction management services for Sierra Health Services' 28,000-sq.-ft. outpatient surgery center and 44,000-sq.-ft. two-level parking garage in Las Vegas, Nevada. The building is divided into four major areas: Pre-OP, surgery, post-OP and recovery.
The facility is part of a master plan that includes seven buildings and two parking structures to be constructed in phases on a 25-acre site adjacent to U.S. Highway 95 in Las Vegas.
