Chanen provided construction management services for the $26.5 million first phase of Sierra Health Services, Inc.'s campus style complex. SHS is the largest managed care and related services health care provider in Nevada.
The six-story tower is the home office of Health Plan of Nevada, Inc. and the regional office of Sierra Health & Life Insurance Co. A separate two-level building of approximately 40,000 sq. ft. serves as the corporate headquarters for Sierra Health Services.
The project was the first of a number of projects Chanen has completed for Sierra Health Services.
