The $6 million College of Health Science is designed to offer education for bachelor's and master's in physician assistance, and master's in physical therapy and occupational therapy.
Chanen provided CM at risk services for the College, its sixth major project on the Midwestern University Glendale campus.
The 41,170-sq.-ft., two-story facility is of brick veneer exterior, which complements the other campus buildings. The structure has a 600-seat below grade lecture hall that can be divided into three sections. The first floor features multi-use classrooms, examination rooms, a research lab, and a mock apartment including kitchen, bedroom and bathroom for physical therapy training.
The second floor is dedicated entirely to administrative offices.
