MWU GLENDALE CAMPUS

Chanen provided cm at risk services for the second phase of the Glendale campus student housing.

The 52,700-sq.-ft. project includes 60 apartments in two three-story buildings. It is similar in design to the first phase but features a center courtyard and elevated walkways in each building.

Phase II is designated primarily to provide upper classmen with increased proximity to the campus as well as the swimming pool and clubhouse. Floorplans vary from studios to two-bedrooms and have washer/dryers in the one and two bedroom units.
