UNC $4.2 BILLION PROGRAM

of Bond and Non-Bond Projects

A Chanen joint venture was selected by the University of North Carolina to provide program management, project management and staff augmentation services for the $4.2 billion bond and non-bond program.

The team has completed the first five-year phase of the program, while managing hundreds of projects. Chanen is responsible for overall program management, including scheduling and cashflow monitoring. Projects include new construction, as well as building renovations, expansions and improvements on 16 UNC campuses throughout North Carolina with design and construction occurring concurrently at multiple sites.
