American Graduate School of International Management Chanen acted as CM at RISK for all of the dormitory new construction and renovation.

The projects were designed to accommodate AGSIM student needs, including private bathrooms and internet access.

All of the projects listed below were completed on short schedules to allow for regular school year occupancy.
